Our farm is located in the northeast corner of Delaware County, Ohio. The land was traditionally a large dairy farm (known locally as "the Grover Bird Farm"), but was sold and parceled out in the early 1990s. We purchased the nucleus of the farm in 1995 - with 1900 farmhouse, 2 turn-of-the-century barns, 2 silos and several outbuildings. We were so excited to move out to the country and enjoy quiet, starry nights and days of fresh, clean air! At the time our children were 5 and 2 years old - and they loved the room to run and play. Of course, life happened - as life tends to do. We focused on raising our kids and our original vocations of web development and video production. Years passed and our kids grew up and went off to college to start their own While we had to take down a few of the buildings due to poor condition, we are maintaining and refurbishing the remaining buildings. Most notably, the 1900 farmhouse has had a substantial facelift - ongoing, but we began the process in the spring of 2016. It has been a wonderful place to live and raise our children!
